I cold-called (well emailed) Onpoint as I needed a quick repair on my renters door. I received a response almost immediately and a fair quote so I asked them to schedule and make the repair (I did get a higher quote from another company but felt comfortable moving forward with Onpoint). The work was done quickly by a professional locksmith and my invoice was less than expected. I had never used this company before and they were understanding to my needs and accepted electronic payment after the work was completed. Highly recommend.

Excellent same day service! Gilberto rekeyed and installed a new lock to match the other doors in my house. He also replaced a door handle. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend On Point Locksmith.

Excellent service! He respectfully showed up at the time frame given. They are available 24/7 and they are flexible to the client emergency or not emergency if the client is home all day. The price was within the average to put a new door lock installation.
