Customer Service Representative

This is an office role for someone who genuinely cares about people. When a customer calls, they’re often stressed or frustrated - your job is to calm the moment, listen carefully, and help them feel taken care of.

Office Role Full-Time Customer Care + Scheduling

What you’ll do

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and messages with warmth and clarity
  • Ask the right questions and capture accurate details
  • Schedule jobs and set clear expectations (timing, pricing basics, next steps)
  • Support technicians by keeping the day organized and communicating changes
  • Follow simple systems so customers feel consistency every time

  • Strong spoken and written communication
  • Calm, friendly, and professional under pressure
  • Organized - you don’t drop details
  • Comfortable with software, notes, and multitasking
  • You care about doing things the right way, not the fastest way
