Warranty Policy

At Onpoint Locksmith, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service and top-quality products. We stand behind our work and offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Labor: All services performed by Onpoint Locksmith are covered by a 90-day labor warranty. If any issues arise due to our workmanship within 90 days of service, we will rectify the problem at no additional cost to you.

2. Products: The warranty on products (locks, keys, security systems, etc.) varies depending on the manufacturer’s warranty. Typically, most products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of installation. For specific warranty details on the products you’ve purchased, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation or contact us for assistance.

Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse or tampering
• Wear and tear from normal use.
• Issues arising from modifications or repairs not performed by Onpoint Locksmith.
• Loss or damage due to natural disasters or acts of God.
• Rekey – We can’t offer any warranty for rekeing locks with existing hardwareץ

Special Note: This warranty policy applies unless otherwise specified in the invoice provided at the time of service or product purchase.

How to Claim Warranty:

If you encounter any issues with our services or products within the warranty period, please follow these steps to claim your warranty:

2. Provide proof of purchase or service (invoice or receipt).
3. Our team will assess the situation and, if covered under warranty, will schedule a service visit to address the issue.
