What you’ll do
- Build and manage the daily schedule for multiple technicians
- Communicate ETAs and changes clearly to customers
- Support technicians with job notes, routing, and real-time updates
- Keep details accurate: addresses, access notes, job type, timing, expectations
- Make fast, good decisions when plans change (because they will)

- Comfort with software, scheduling tools, and keeping clean notes
- Ability to prioritize quickly without losing accuracy
