Sliding Door Technician

This role is for someone who notices when a door doesn’t feel right — when it drags, rattles, sticks, or takes effort to open. You care about smooth movement, quiet tracks, and that moment when a customer slides the door and says, “Wow… that feels brand new.”

Field Role Lower Mainland, BC Sliding Door Specialist

What you’ll do

  • Repair and rebuild residential and commercial sliding doors
  • Replace rollers, tracks, locks, handles, and weather stripping
  • Diagnose alignment, wear, and structural issues
  • Adjust doors so they glide smoothly and close securely
  • Explain the problem and solution clearly to the customer

What we’re looking for

  • Experience with sliding doors, windows, or similar mechanical systems
  • A strong feel for alignment, balance, and movement
  • Patience and attention to detail
  • Comfort working independently in the field
  • Respectful, calm communication

What we offer

  • Consistent, specialized work
  • Fair and transparent pay
  • Training and support to refine your craft
  • Systems that let you focus on the work — not the chaos
  • A team that genuinely appreciates good workmanship
