Technician Manager

This role is for someone who leads by example. You know the work, you respect the craft, and you care about the people doing it. Your job isn’t to micromanage - it’s to support technicians, raise standards, and help the whole team do their best work.

Leadership Role Field + Office Full-Time

What you’ll do

  • Support and guide technicians in the field and in the shop
  • Set clear expectations around quality, communication, and professionalism
  • Help onboard and train new technicians
  • Be available when techs need advice, backup, or a second set of eyes
  • Work with office leadership to improve systems and workflows

  • Strong technical background in locksmithing, doors, or related trades
  • Leadership style that’s calm, fair, and respectful
  • Ability to coach, not just correct
  • Clear communication with both technicians and office staff
  • You take pride in building people, not just finishing jobs
