What you’ll do
- Support and guide technicians in the field and in the shop
- Set clear expectations around quality, communication, and professionalism
- Help onboard and train new technicians
- Be available when techs need advice, backup, or a second set of eyes
- Work with office leadership to improve systems and workflows

- Strong technical background in locksmithing, doors, or related trades
- Leadership style that’s calm, fair, and respectful
- Ability to coach, not just correct
- Clear communication with both technicians and office staff
